Jenna Fischer's most famous role was as Pam Beesly from the popular television show The Office. In appreciation of her performance, she received an Emmy award for Outstanding Actress in the Supporting Role. In addition, she won the award for two SAG Awards.
She was born and raised within Fort Wayne in Indiana. Jenna spent her childhood watching her mother Anne performing in church plays. This instilled in her a love for theatre.

The Office actress Angela Kinsey Fischer, who is her real-life best friend as well as a castmate, started Office Ladies in October 2019 on Earwolf. The podcast became extremely popular, and was ranked in the Top Ten of the world each week. It had more than 200 million downloads in its initial two years. Office Ladies received the iHeart Radio Podcast of the Year award in the month of January in 2021.
The Actor's Life was her first book, which details the journey she took from St. Louis, Missouri to Hollywood and then to Hollywood, where she was an actor professionally. The second book, Office BFF's (co-authored by Angela Kinsey) is an autobiography of her most beloved friend and their experience working in The Office.
